Nelson Point Locomotive Service Shop see brand new BHP Billiton's Electro-Motive built SD70ACe/LC unit 4314 serial 20058712-001, this first of a batch of ten to have the Electro-Motive 'Whisper' or isolated cab. BHP Billiton bought the first SD70ACe type locomotive with this feature, and as such this loco was sent for testing to the Pueblo Test Track in the USA prior to delivery. EDI personnel are fitting the unit out since arriving only the day before. 2nd April 2007.
