Seven Mile 38 Road, retired Robe River Comeng WA ALCo rebuild model C636R unit 9427 serial WA143-2 sits stripped of engine, fuel tank and pilots ready for road haulage to Perth for rebuilding and use on FMG rail construction trains in May-June 2007. This unit was originally built by ALCo as C636 serial 3499-2 of January 1968 for Pennsylvania Railroad as #6331, and was purchased off Conrail as #6781 in 1986 and was rebuilt by Comeng WA prior to delivery in January 1987. 9th December 2006.
