Benalla, broad gauge V/Line VFLX type bogie bulk end flat waggon VFLX 49 loaded with rail, Benalla B signal box in background. VFLX 49 was built by Victorian Railways Newport Workshops as an SFX type bulkhead flat waggon in 1968. This waggon was recoded to VQLX 138 in May 1991.
