Seymour, preserved broad gauge Victorian Railways HZE type four wheel loco engine transport waggon HZE 230 recoded from HR 12 (2nd), side view. Interesting history for this waggon, built in 1928 at Newport Workshops as an IZ type IZ 147, February 1965 recoded RY, then June 1969 to KQ type KQ 7, August 1978 recoded to K type K 1, then September 1990 to HR type HR 12 (2nd), then finally July 1986 to HZE type HZE 230.
