081225 0720r824 viewsTurner North on Christmas Day 2008 sees the first BHP Billiton Electro-Motive built SD70ACe 'Pumpkin' unit 4332 serial 20066862-061, originally built for BNSF, to be fitted out as a lead unit. This cab shot shows some of the external modifications to allow it to lead. In-fill step covers, second handrail, second (tropical) roof, bifurcation of main air line, AM/FM CD player-radio and removal of sun shades.

110208 9356r451 viewsBing Siding, empty trains lined up awaiting departure time with a display of a standard BHP Billiton EMD SD70ACe 4351 'Broken Hill' serial 20088019-005 and a modified domestic USA EMD SD70ACe 4332 'Integrity' serial 20066862-061, both units were built at London Ontario by Electro-Motive, 4332 has been modified as a lead unit by a number of modifications like dual handrail, bifurcated hose bag, tropical roof, marker lights of which all of these are visible. 8th February 2011.
