The T signifies that it is a Tunnel motor with a modified radiator intake to allow 'cool' running through the Sierra Nevada tunnels. And the 'M' with a lighting rod through it meant that it was a master unit for radio controlled helpers, used in the Tehachapi mountains. 19th March 2005.

This unit was originally built by ALCo as C636 serial 3499-2 of January 1968 for Pennsylvania Railroad as #6331, and was purchased off Conrail as #6781 in 1986 and was rebuilt by Comeng WA prior to delivery in January 1987. 9th December 2006.
