Off to the left is Loongana Lime shunt loco DE 49, a former BHP 37 class unit built by Goninan in 1961 based on GE 80 ton switcher, serial 4970-013.

Converted to a crew car in 1991.

Recoded to AVDY in October 1982, then to AVDP. Sold to WCR, then in October 2000 overhauled for crew car use and coded VPAY 1 on SCT services and owned by Freight Australia. Was later sold to Pacific National and subsequently scrapped 2016.

Sold to West Coast Railway mid 1990s, converted to crew car after 2005.

It was owned by a number of owners and finally in 2006 converted to a Pacific National crew car.
