160523 3603414 viewsWest Kalgoorlie, misnumbered AQHY 30088, plate shows AQHY 3008 L, with sulphuric acid tank CSA 0126, originally built by WAGR Midland Workshops in 1964/66 as a WF type flat waggon, then in 1997, following several recodes and modifications, was one of seventy five waggons converted to the WQH type to carry CSA sulphuric acid tanks between Hampton/Kalgoorlie and Perth/Kwinana, part of loaded acid train 2406 arriving back in the yard. CSA 0126 was built by VCare Engineering, India for Access Petrotec & Mining Solutions in 2015.

AKAX 6 and AKCX 14 where the donors for this waggon. Loaded with a full load of rail strings.

Recoded to AVDY in October 1982, then to AVDP. Sold to WCR, then in October 2000 overhauled for crew car use and coded VPAY 1 on SCT services and owned by Freight Australia. Was later sold to Pacific National and subsequently scrapped 2016.

Allocated to the Indian Pacific Joint Stock in 1974 and renumbered to ARJ 985, sold to National Rail and converted to crew car in 1997 by AN Port Augusta Workshops.
