210407 983462 viewsParkeston, Pacific National BRS type crew accommodation coach BRS 221, originally built by Victorian Railways Newport Workshops in November 1940 as an AS type first class sitting car for the Spirit of Progress as AS 6, in April 1983 converted to a combined sitting accommodation and a mini refreshment service as BRS type BRS 1, then in September 1985 renumbered to BRS 221. Sold to West Coast Railway mid 1990s, converted to crew car after 2004.

247-3261 viewsNear Cooya Pooya at the 37.5 km on the Robe River Cape Lambert line an empty train is about to pass under the town water supply pipeline and pass through Lockyer Gap behind the standard Robe power of quad CM40-8M or Dash 8 locomotives led by 9425 which is a Goninan WA ALCo to GE rebuild CM40-8M with serial 6266-8 / 89-85 from August 1989 riding on Hi-Ad bogies and was originally an AE Goodwin built M636 ALCo serial C-6041-4 and built new for Mt Newman Mining (later BHP Iron Ore) in April 1970 and numbered 5468, sold to Robe and delivered by road 17th August 1982. Rebuilt in 1988 at Goninan's Welshpool factory from 1970 AE Goodwin built ALCo C636 with serial number G6041-1 and road number 5465 and assigned new serial number 4839-01 / 88-077. It was delivered in Mt Newman Mining orange and was named Hesta. 22nd April 2000.

Visible is the ODCX code and number 82190 from the Oroville Dam Construction company days in the USA. Unsure of the MS6-82 code, the DZ 11-95 code was the late time it was internally painted to reduce wear and the SL 76 with 92 below it was the last time the Miner SL-76 draft gear was replaced. The orange smiley sticker indicates that this is an original 'Oroville Dam' ore waggon and non relayed AB braked. 12th of July 2003.
