Recoded to JRA 6 1987. Written off and sold in 1995. Converted to ASR crew car 1999. It is now ADFY 6 with GWA and no longer has the fluted sides.

This waggon was also converted to a WSM type ballast hopper by re-fitting the cut down top section and having bottom discharge doors fitted, converted back to WOB in 1998, on a loaded train at Binduli, 29th July 2010.
