Overland Models produced a large number of brass models of Pilbara motive power in HO scale, predominantly BHP SD70ACe variants, AC6000CW units and the Rio Tinto ES44DCi units in both liveries, and some O scale BHP SD70ACe units.
Overland Models did have a large number of future HO scale models planned that covered further BHP SD70ACe units, Fortescue Metals Group SD70ACe units and the Pilbara 9-44CW GE locomotive variants of Fortescue Metals Group and Hamersley Iron / Pilbara Rail / Pilbara Iron / Rio Tinto. Even some N scale SD70ACe units were planned of both BHP and Fortescue Metals Group, but sadly none of these models ended up being produced.

Athearn in conjunction with Horizon Hobbies have released two accurate Pilbara models of Fortescue Metals locomotives, the SD90MAC-H and the 9-44CW with four and three models representing the units respectively in their Genesis 2 range.
They have also released Hamersley Iron 9-44CW in their Athearn range, most recent was September 2023, numbered 7072 and 7083. Whilst not prototypically correct it is in the lower product range and is still representative of the units and can be kit-bashed to resemble the units with the tear-drop windscreens, marker lights and the dual hand rails, further cutting of the body for the extra air intake could also be carried out. The item numbers were ATH78065 and ATH78066, and they were sound ready.
Under their Roundhouse brand they have also produced a single headlight F7A item number RND3333 which is a good example for turning into the Mt Newman Mining's two F units.
Having released the 9-44CW under the Genesis brand for FMG, it is hoped that the will do the Hamersley Iron / Pilbara Rail / Pilbara Iron units one day...

Broadway Limited Imports have produced the BHP AC6000CW several times in HO scale over the years from the BlueLine, Paragon2 and in Paragon3, with DCC+sound, without and some units with smoke. Also in HO scale they released the SD40-2 in both bubble livery and IC+E blue and yellow.
In N scale, as well as producing the AC6000, they have also produced the SD40-2 and SD70ACe.
Unfortunately the models are rather inaccurate, but fill a niche. The units are just repaints of US models. BLI did do the SD40, which would have been more suited to the liveries they produced as the only SD40-2 units BHP had were only ever in undercoat.
