Midland, crew accommodation coach QCAY 5 was built by the South Australian Railways Islington Workshops in 1958 as Juki for The Overland as a corten steel roomette sleeping car. Sold to Blue Bird Rail in 1997, then to Grand Corporate Rail, renamed BMC 2, in 2003 sold to Great Southern Railway and renamed Sir John Forrest. Purchased by Bluebird Rail and converted to crew car and then sold to Queensland Rail.
