110620 2392r16 viewsWalla, comparison between loaded BHP ore waggons from Comeng WA in 2925 and from Astra Vagoane, Arad Romania in 3312. 2925 is from a batch of four hundred built in 1971 by Comeng WA, while 3312 is from a batch of three hundred and fifty built in 1988 by Astra Vagoane, of which only two hundred and eighty-four didn't enter service. The Comeng build features square side and floor joins, while the Astra Vagoane build is all rounded. 20th of June 2011.

110620 2479r22 viewsWalla, loaded BHP ore waggon 4169 is a Goninan WA build from an order of one hundred and twenty-six waggons in 1997 with a tapered floor and rounded wall bottoms using 3CR12 stainless steel in an effort to eliminate internal painting and reducing wear on the waggon body, these were designated HC7081. 20th of June 2011.

110620 2489r18 viewsWalla, loaded BHP ore waggon 1035, the resheeting is obvious with the stich welds along the ribs, 1035 is one of the four hundred waggons built by Comeng WA in 1971, when the numbering reached 2999 they start numbering upwards from 1001. 20th of June 2011.

110620 2490r23 viewsWalla, loaded BHP ore waggon 1173, whilst numbered and the ends and sill are from Comeng WA 1971 build of one hundred and eighty-three waggons, the side walls have been totally replaced with rounded bottoms and Goninan style extra ribs. 20th of June 2011.
