It was delivered in Mt Newman Mining orange and was named Mt Whaleback, then in 1991 5506 emerged in BHP livery carrying Ethel Creek, it was later changed to Mt Goldsworthy, it was also one of three units to carry the Goldsworthy Joint Venture lettering. 22nd April 2000.

It was delivered in Mt Newman Mining orange and was named Fortescue. It also carried the marigold and teal version of the Australia map as part of the BHP logo. In 2003 it was fully rebuilt and leased to Pilbara Rail in that livery and numbered 5052. It survives stored at 7 mile complex as at Dec 2021. 22nd April 2000.
