283-30291 viewsNear Woodbrook as quad Robe River CM40-8M units 9414, 9420, 9410 and 9525 work a loaded 202 waggons bound for Cape Lambert as they power through the cutting up a short grade at the 37.5 km pipe bridge. 9414 with serial number 8206-11 / 91-124 was rebuilt by Goninan in 1991 from AE Goodwin built M636 ALCo model with original serial number G-6060-5 from 1971. 22nd of May 2002.

030712 143222291 viewsNelson Point, empty BHP ore waggon 9025 with drop belly floor, originally built by Comeng in Mittagong NSW as a part of seven prototype ore waggons made from low carbon 301 stainless steel with an higher volume and aerodynamic flat sides and were bogieless with four independent radial wheel sets. Of the seven waggon, the first four had a flat floor and final three had a drop belly floor. The radial wheel sets were later replaced with conventional bogies. 12th of July 2003.

On road N2 is 9426 a Comeng WA C636R rebuild from ALCo Schenectady NY model C636 serial 3499-3 originally built in January 1968 for Pennsylvania Railroad as #6332, Penn Central 6332 and finally Conrail 6782. Purchased in 1986 and rebuilt by Comeng WA into C636R before delivery to Robe in November 1986. This loco also went on to become DR 8401 for construction of FMG's railway in 2007-08. Behind it is sister unit 9427 and ALCo M636 9412. Approximate location. 24th April 2004.
