060109 2147374 viewsWannamana, former Australian National narrow gauge ENHG type bogie grain waggon ENHG 6, originally built by Moore Road Ind, Victoria as NB type NB 1444 ballast hopper for the NAR, then to standard gauge in 1975 as BA type BA 1536, to EP July 1984, recoded to ENHT type ENHT 11 in 1985 and further rebuilt forming one half of ENHG type grain waggon in August 1986. The conversion involved splicing 2 AHTY-ENHT type waggons together at Port Lincoln workshops, roll top cover visible, part of an empty train on the curve. 9th January 2006.

Wannamana was located at the 210 km and opened in January 1927, this scene is some 79 years later. The siding was closed in April 1957. 11th January 2006.
