Nelson Point Yard, with only another month to operate, BHP Billiton CM40-8M locomotive 5666 'Taranto' is a trailing unit as the loaded rake waits to head to the car dumpers for unloading. 5666 started life as a Comeng NSW built M636 ALCo 5487 before Goninan rebuilt it in 1995 to a CM40-8MEFI as it was the first unit to trial an electronic fuel injection system. Come the 1st of July 2015 all these units were all stored.
