Flash Butt yard, stored Mt Newman Mining 5499 was the last active ALCo on the BHP roster. Cab side shows ownership details and bogie. Built in November 1975 by Comeng NSW as an ALCo M636 model with serial number C6065-4. Unit was donated to Rail Heritage WA in 2001.
